TERMS & CONDITIONS
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water, central heating, and breakfast.
Payment of the deposit can be made by credit/ debit card (Not American Express) or bank transfer at no extra cost.
Payment of the balance can be paid in cash or by credit/ debit card the day before arrival.
Payment of the balance by cheque requires payment in full 10 working days prior to arrival to allow cheque to clear.
* Due to the current Covid-19 situation we will not be taking deposits. However, when booking we will ask for credit/ debit card details to secure your booking. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the 1st day of your stay with us will not incur any charges. However, late cancellations or no shows will incur a cost of £85 which is the equivalent of 1 nights stay.
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages. However please note that there are a number of steps and a large pond in the garden so children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
Bredy House has a strict no smoking policy both within the house and the grounds.
If you would like to get a take away please let us know and we will set up a table for you in the breakfast room
Cancellation and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance.
If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £5 administration fee.
Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
Your accommodation will be available to you between 4.00pm and 6.00pm on the day of arrival. Later arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.30 a.m.on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £50 if you did not report this.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
If you are experiencing any symptoms either before your stay or during your stay with us we would ask that you immediately cancel your booking with us and return home. We will happily refund your money for any days not taken. Please note we also reserve the right to close Bredy House at short notice if we become ill ,to protect our guests. Once again all money will be refunded and we will try to help you book elsewhere.
Parking is available on site at the back of the house. Access to the accommodation is via a short slope and down 2 steps. Our double bedroom is upstairs and our twin room is downstairs as is our breakfast room. Both rooms have large walk-in showers with a small step up. We are unfortunately unable to provide wheelchair access. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
